She had a previous artist project that led her to be immersed in different scenes throughout the world, as well as being a part of numerous tours and releases. Since then she has broadened her musical palette, drawing inspiration from diverse genres such as rock and grunge. Influenced by iconic 90’s artists like Nirvana, Mazzy Star, and PJ Harvey, she began forging her path in the music world, blending these influences into a unique sound that is distinctly her own.

Theo’s upcoming EP is a testament to her artistic evolution, merging classic alt-rock nostalgia with a modern twist that resonates deeply with her. Through her music, she explores themes of love, addiction, and self-discovery, offering a poignant reflection of her personal growth. This EP is more than a collection of songs; it's a journey of self-empowerment, allowing Theo to evolve on her terms and share her profound insights with the world.

“Autopilot” is the first single off of Theo Moss’s debut EP. This release will include a visualizer, and more digital content to come alongside the EP. This specific song was produced by Gabe Wax who has worked alongside artists like quinnie, Soccer Mommy, Junior Varsity, and more. On the new single the artist confides, "I wrote Autopilot about someone hurting the person you love and feeling angry and powerless. You know you can’t save them but you want them to feel safe again. "
