Left in the messy aftermath of a difficult break, she asks apprehensively: ‘is it ever bothersome to you... that you’re no longer mine?’.

Rapping in his silky-smooth tone, Ellis Esco’s verse spills ink on temptation and turbulent relations over airy keys and rhythmic percussion. He recounts standard reasons and excuses, but in the end must face his own guilt-ridden helplessness: ‘I’m a ticking time bomb and all I’m missing is a lit fuse’.
