Everpress Celebrates Pride Month In Collaboration With LGBTQ+ Creators

18th June 2024

Everpress' always on collection, showcasing designs by LGBTQ+ creators, has reached new heights of freshness and creativity. You might recognize some familiar faces (and t-shirts), as they enjoy year-round love and support. In celebration of Pride Month, Everpress has introduced something particularly special to honor this important occasion.

CLASS OF 2024

In honor of Pride Month 2024, Everpress has collaborated with the following creators to bring this bespoke campaign to life.

Marwan + @takweer_

James O Neill

Char and Kyara (siblings) of @girlswillbeboys_

Alice

This collection includes standout pieces like Marwan's design for Takweer, which cleverly plays with language and visual symbols. Marwan explains, "The 'limp wrist' and phrase 'is he....you know?' has historically been used to allude that someone is gay. My design subverts the assumed subtlety of these two things by putting the limp wrist and the question front and center, which is a way of saying: 'oh, he most certainly is gay!’"

Another highlight comes from Jimmy, who shares, "Pride is being able to be your true authentic self and celebrate that with others in the LGBTQIA+ community and all of our amazing allies." Alice adds to the collection's powerful message, stating, "Pride to me is the freedom to express yourself and be who you want to be. It’s about using our voices to fight for those who can’t."

Char Ellesse, the creative force behind the platform girlswillbeboys, quotes "Girlswillbeboys love to show a sense of humour and be tongue in cheek, so we wanted to create something that was very much if you get it, you get it and love it.".

Each piece in this collection embodies the spirit of Pride, offering bold expressions of identity, solidarity, and activism.

You can find the entire collection available on the Everpress website, sitting amongst LGBTQ+ creators section.

Work Beyond Pride Month

Everpress is proud to announce that our LGBTQ+ Creators Shop Collection lives on everpress.com throughout the year, not just during Pride Month. This beloved section of our platform features some of our best-selling designs, including the popular "Rootin Tootin" by Miranda K. In celebration of Pride Month, Miranda K has released an updated design, further enriching their collection.

At Everpress, our commitment to supporting LGBTQ+ creators is unwavering and continuous. We are dedicated to featuring these talented individuals in our content year-round, ensuring they receive the recognition they deserve beyond periods of heightened attention for the community.
