BIG FEMININE ENERGY

Challenging the stereotypes of masculine and feminine, Big Feminine Energy is a play on the phrase ‘Big Dick Energy’, which usually has connotations for a straight man who is masculine, looks masculine and acts masculine. However, it can also fall into the category of toxic masculinity.

This shoot was to convey that femininity shouldn’t be defined by our looks, our clothes, by our attitude. We do not need to conform to society’s beauty standards. We can dress however we like and identify ourselves however we want. It’s up to us to decide, not for you to choose. We can dress masculine, but still feel feminine and elude feminine energy.
